We have converted the cash rewards into Locket Points. Our pay-per-swipe model became a target for scams and will be discontinued. Don’t worry - you can still redeem rewards or give to charity. With this new rewards system, Locket will be able to serve users better and give users a greater flexibility in how they choose to redeem.
Yes. We still believe that Locket members should be rewarded. By utilizing our rewards section, you will be able to earn rewards which can be used for promotions, gift cards, or donated to charity.
From the login screen on your device, select "Forgot Password?" from the bottom of the page. Your device will then prompt you to enter your email address so that we may send you a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you didn’t receive an email from us.
If you are already signed in, first select “My Account,” next choose "Sign out," and then follow the steps listed above. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are still having issues resetting your password after following these steps.
If you would like to permanently delete your account, please email your request to email@example.com. Please note that your account cannot be reactivated once it has been deleted and your current account balance will be gone forever.
The Locket app may only be used in the United States.

iPhone & Windows Phone & Blackberry users: Unfortunately, Locket is not compatible with these mobile platforms. While we are still exclusively rolling out on the Android platform, we will be exploring further platform options in 2014.

Never. Locket takes its users’ privacy very seriously and will never share any personally identifying information – including email addresses – to any third party, except as required by law or under your request. Only when you tell us to share you contact information so that you can receive an offer or a coupon from a specific merchant, we will do so.

No. Locket does not ask for your credit card or bank information. You can transfer money to your PayPal account by simply providing your email address. All we need is the email address that’s affiliated with your PayPal account. We don’t ask for your bank account or credit card information.
Once you’ve accumulated $10 or more in your Locket account, Locket lets you transfer your earnings directly to your PayPal account. Choose "Cash Out" from the the app, and you will be able to associate your PayPal account to Locket before cashing out.
If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can set one up for free at www.paypal.com. Money in your PayPal account can be transferred to any bank account, sent to other PayPal users, or loaded onto a debit card.
Please note that it is very important to verify your PayPal account by following the steps emailed to you from PayPal. Locket never collects a fee for transferring money into your account, but if the account remains unverified at the time of transfer, PayPal will collect a small fee for the transaction and you will not receive the entire amount owed to you. Because we always want you to receive the entire amount you swiped to earn, please ensure your account is verified.
Locket lets you transfer funds to PayPal as soon as you have reached $10 in earnings. If cashout request was made by the first Monday of the month you'll be paid on the second Monday of the month. If your cashout request as made by the third Monday you'll be paid on the fourth Monday.
It is important to make sure you have your PayPal account set up and verified prior to withdrawing your cash, as this can slow down the process and result in a small fee from PayPal. For steps on how to link your PayPal account to Locket see the "How do I get my cash?" article in the PayPal section.
If the PayPal account is already linked to two different accounts, you will be unable to link the PayPal to a third account.
It is possible that the account you are attempting to transfer the funds to is a merchant account. We have seen this issue with a few other users. To fix this issue, please make sure the box next to "Initiate payments from the Pay Anyone subtab of the Send Money tab" is unchecked. This setting can be found under the "Payment Receiving Preferences" tab.
